For those of you with a GSM or Verizon Galaxy Nexus, definitely check out the latest Omni ROM.
Omni ROM is a new custom ROM being built by ChainFire and ex-members of CyanogenMod. The current release is still work in progress but you will get the latest Android 4.3. along with multi-window (like on Galaxy Note) working out of the box.
Some notable features on Omni ROM include brand, new features not on other AOSP ROMs (yet) like flippable quick toggle tiles, Roadrunner mode, Daydream enhancements, enhanced performance control, and some more.
Above everything else, we’ve probably all been waiting a very long time for a usable multi-window to come to the Galaxy Nexus.
Well, this is the time to flash it so definitely give it a try if you have a GSM or Verizon Galaxy Nexus and do tell me how much easier multi-window has made your life texting your loves ones while browsing the web.

Download Omni ROM for Galaxy Nexus GSM (GSM is international/AT&T/T-Mobile models)
Download Omni ROM for Galaxy Nexus Verizon
Download Android 4.3 Gapps (for all, DO NOT USE Android 4.2 Gapps, they will FC!)
To install, reboot into recovery, make backup ROM, wipe data/factory reset, install ROM, install Gapps and reboot. (If for some reason you end up in a bootloop, reboot into recovery, go to Advanced Wipe for TWRP or Mounts & Storage for CWM, format/wipe /system, then re-install ROM.)
Download Flash Player APK (if you want flash player)
DownloadAndroid 4.3 PhotoSphere (if you want photosphere, but may force close so make a backup of your Gallery app using Titanium Backup app before installing! )
